Assistant Deployment Technician

This position works across the Northern area including Mackay, Townsville, and North West regions, and travel to supported sites is a requirement of the role.The successful candidate will provide sound customer service by applying communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others under direction.Role responsibilities: Provide timely support to clients, with support from supervisor, using eHealth incident management processes to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.Undertake activities identified to deliver the WSR program including run up, configuration, deployment, and installation of devices as per documented work instructions and under supervision.Provide basic ad-hoc support (on-site and remote) to Queensland Health sites as required under direction.Assist with maintaining asset management activities by following defined work processes.You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge, and experience.
