The Asset Finance Broker/Specialist role offers a wide range of financing solutions tailored to suit each customer's specific circumstances. You'll be part of a team dedicated to professionalism and customer satisfaction, ensuring each buying and financing process is seamless and pain-free while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the company with the utmost professionalism at all times.Complete all paperwork meticulously and accurately.Recommend lender and product options tailored to clients' circumstances.Price, place, process, and settle deals within lender risk appetites.Workshop deals and solutions to deliver the best possible value to the client.Ensure strict compliance at all times.Deliver exceptional customer service through timely follow-up and communication.Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.Request Google Reviews from clients upon transaction completion.Create cross-referral opportunities within the business (buy and/or sell).Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Asset Finance Broker or Business Manager.Proven track record of sales and service results in previous roles.Proven knowledge of asset finance in both consumer and commercial products.Experience in deal structuring, workshopping, and solutioning.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with CRM systems and lender systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Current Cert IV in Finance or prepared to complete.Location: This position is based in Brisbane, in an easily accessible location, with free parking onsite. Office hours are Monday to Friday.
