Architectural Draftsperson

Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture)
D & C Corporation Pty Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Architect Draftsperson to work within our company. Our head office is located right in the heart of the Perth CBD.
The successful candidate must be motivated, has strong problem-solving skills, and possesses outstanding communication skills.
We are looking for someone who:
Possess the equivalent of at least an Australian Associate Degree in Architectural Design or similar.Has at least 24 months of employment experience in a similar role.Has excellent communication and time management skills.Has in-depth experience with CAD applications such as AutoCAD and RevitBe compliant with building codes and regulations in architectural drawings.Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documents, including revisions and updates as needed.Work alongside the construction team to address any design-related challenges during the building process.Maintain an organized database of drawings and related files for easy accessibility.Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
