Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time Our client Aqwest is located in Bunbury and is going through a period of growth with a number of exciting new projects commencing.
They supply water to more than 35,000 customers in the Greater Bunbury area and are committed to providing sustainable, high-quality drinking water that consistently meets or exceeds customer's expectations.
The Role Our client currently is looking for a Procurement & Contracts Administrator to support the organisation in the following functions: Provide a point of contact for procurement and contract administration, advice and guidance for procurement activities; Assist to establish, monitor, measure and report on procurement activities including quotations, tenders, expressions of interest and contracts; Monitor probity, accountability and transparency; Maintain alignment to legislation, policies and procedures, buy local campaigns and government requirements.
The Candidate In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in Procurement and Contracts Management ideally working within the State or Federal Government framework.
Proven experience in monitoring and reporting on KPI's and good communication with internal and external stakeholders including contractors is required.
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, as well as Project Management knowledge.

This is a full-time role; however, Aqwest is open to discussing part-time options with the right candidate.
