You will gain hands-on experience and training in platforms/technologies relating to ICT Infrastructure, ICT Architecture, ICT Project Management Delivery, Cloud Computing, Applications Development, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Networking.
We will invest in you with: A 12-month structured learning program encompassing professional and personal development, to assist in your career stream; A mentor assigned to you for 12 months; and A dedicated team to help you develop your first steps into DDG and Defence.

About our Team You will be part of a team of ICT professionals delivering complex projects across key Digital domains in Defence Digital Group (DDG).
You will have a dedicated team looking after your professionalisation and personal development for the first 12 months.
These roles will provide a pathway for ICT people to build their technical expertise and careers.

Our Ideal Candidate You will have one or more of the following: Basic understanding of networking, or ICT project management, or cloud computing, or programming, or data analytics or ICT Architecture.
Familiarity with any programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop a broad skill set in ICT.
Effective problem-solving skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to document processes, configurations, and solutions to assist with knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
Desire to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support the continuous improvement of ICT systems.
