Your new opportunityWe are now looking for a full-time Aged and Disability Operations Manager based in Broome, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Community Services Executive Manager, this pivotal role manages the day-to-day operations of aged care and disability services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate care that aligns with the BRAMS Model of Care. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of aged care and disability servicesCoordinating the delivery of culturally responsive, accessible programsMonitoring service delivery outcomes and ensuring client satisfactionLeading, supervising, and supporting a diverse team of health professionalsEnsuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice StandardsManaging budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesConducting internal audits and quality improvementsBuilding and maintaining relationships with external providersApproving timesheets and ensuring accurate, timely reportingFacilitating staff development, training, and performance reviewsEnsuring adherence to BRAMS' Quality Care Framework and policiesPromoting a positive and collaborative workplace cultureAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a relevant qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services and at least 3 years of experience in aged care and disability services. Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
Experience working in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health ServiceDemonstrated experience leading diverse teams and fostering collaborationExcellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet conflicting deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships in a cross-cultural settingCapacity to consult, collaborate, and negotiate effectively with stakeholdersCommitment to working within the BRAMS Quality Care FrameworkAs our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You'll have excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, culturally aware approach, making you a perfect fit for our team-oriented, community-focused environment.
