They're in a growth phase and are looking for an experienced A/R Officer to join their team.ResponsibilitiesManage Company debtors accounts, including collection of incoming payments and reminding customers to pay within termsSeek payment confirmations, remittances, and expected settlement dates of outstanding invoices from clientsReceipt and allocate customer paymentsEvaluate customers for credit hold status and monitor accordinglyApprove/recommend sales orders meeting A/R criteria for releasePerform reconciliations of payments and/or outstanding account balancesSend copies of invoices & statements, and retrieve POD copies for customers upon requestReceive and respond to account queries via phone, email, post, or other channelsUpdate customer information including change of address/email/contact details, business ownership/acquisitions/restructures, and branch detailsAction credit applications in accordance with the Company's new account opening proceduresSkills2 years of Accounts Receivable experienceExperience working in SME companiesAbility to meet all kinds of deadlinesGood written communication skills.Comfortable with regularly calling customers and collecting moneyStrong reconciliation skillsIf you are looking for a long time, stable opportunity with flexibility APPLY NOW!#J-18808-Ljbffr
