You manager is an experienced leader within the industry and has an open and transparent leadership style.Your RoleReporting into the Process Improvement Manager, your role will involve:Processing invoices (high volume) using SalesforceLogging all customer interactions on a dedicated CRMAnswering customer enquiries in relation to invoices via email and phoneRunning reports as required for the leadership teamData Entry in relation to processing work-ordersEnsuring high levels of attention to detail at all timesLiaising with internal and external key stakeholdersGeneral Administrative SupportYour ProfileYou will have high levels of attention to detail and exposure to using ERP systems previously. You will enjoy working to close deadlines and pride yourself on your ability to process high volumes of will work well in a team environment and have high levels of Customer Service!
