About the role: You will play a pivotal role in processing high volumes of data entry and providing excellent customer service support within a busy call centre environment.
Location : Port Adelaide Duration : 8 October 2024 - 9 May 2025 Application Deadline : Tuesday 1 October.
Candidates may be required to undertake data entry assessments as part of the shortlisting process.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and process data into company systems.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Ensure all data is translated and processed efficiently into relevant databases.
Work effectively under strict deadlines and manage high volumes of work.
Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external customers.
Use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage data and documentation.
About You: High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable managing high workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain focus and precision in a high-volume data entry role Must have a valid Police Clearance check and a copy is to be provided if successful for the role.
