As a leader in the architectural space, this company continues to grow and is looking for an experienced and strategic Accounts Payable professional to join their team.Your new roleThis role will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy and precision in all reporting and processing financial transactions for the multifaceted business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Verify and reconcile invoices to purchase orders and raise any discrepancies.Prepare creditor reports and facilitate payments on a monthly and weekly basis.Reconcile supplier statements with utmost accuracy.Efficiently handle inquiries related to creditor accounts.Create and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Aid the Financial Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.What you'll need to succeedYour extensive experience of managing high-volume invoices will see you hit the ground running in this busy role.
First-class customer service and exceptional communication skills are paramount as you will be required to liaise with both internal staff and suppliers.The requirements for this role include:2 years' experience in a similar roleStrong proficiency in Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles.Experience with Ezescan, Therefore, Databuild, and Xero is also desirable.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be a part of a well-established organisation, with a supportive and hard-working team.
