Leverage your end-to-end payroll experience to ensure accurate and timely fortnightly payCollaborate with leaders, employees, and external partners to problem solve and coachPermanent opportunity based in BrisbaneWe are looking for a talented Payroll Consultant to work with both our on and offshore teams and partners, to deliver an accurate and efficient fortnightly payroll.
As part of a specialist team, you will create value for our clients by ensuring the effective and compliant delivery of payroll services, addressing escalated cases involving confidential or sensitive issues, payroll audits, process improvements and support for initiatives and projects as required, building strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
The successful candidate will feel comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a larger team, with the ability to troubleshoot and apply critical thinking to ensure a timely resolution on all payroll deliverables, including handling escalated queries professionally and with empathy.
