We are seeking a new Accounts Payable (AP) Officer to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team, full time in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia, and our AP & AR team play an integral part within our organisation.

The Accounts Payable Officer plays a key role in ensuring that all suppliers are paid in accordance with contracts.
Responsibilities: Processing payments & invoices. Creating payment runs on time. Review payment runs. Respond to supplier queries. Process & pay staff reimbursement. Provide ad hoc reports & information as required. About You: Have strong communication both written and verbal skills. Are professional, accountable & ethical in your actions. Are proactive & thrive on your own & your teams' success. Will become familiar & comply with our company's policies & procedures. Have a client philosophy that goes above & beyond.
