We're partnered with a leading Canadian Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely, supporting a diverse range of clients across British Columbia.
Responsibilities: Set up, install, and upgrade IT systems for clients. Act as 1st Line support for technical issues and escalate to seniors where necessary. Record and document all tasks. Work with other teams within the business to deliver on projects, e.g., Networking Teams, Cloud Teams, Project Managers, and more. Skills/Must Have: Fully competent with Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory. IT projects and implementation experience (hardware, infrastructure, virtualization, etc.).
