Capable of working independently with confidence.Skilled in conflict resolution, quick decision-making, and the ability to think on your feet.Effective problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, strong numeracy and literacy, tech-savvy, and excellent communication abilities are essential.Passion to achieve positive outcome for our clients. Requirements: Minimum Certificate of IV for Youth Work or the willingness to obtain and work towards meeting the minimum qualification requirementsWorking with Children Check (Paid status)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid status)QLD Australian C Class Driver's License with car insurance and registration.Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.Willingness to do sleep over shifts.Hope and Healing. Willingness to Complete: Etrainu. Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or already trained and refresher course provided. Other relevant learning to perform the role.
