We are seeking applications for a Support Officer position at our Hervey Bay location.
Successful applicants will possess a strong understanding of the local labour market, be adept at cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and be confident in engaging with businesses to discuss staffing solutions.
In this role, you will facilitate access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
You will need to share our passion for what we do in this KPI driven environment!

Responsibilities include: Generate and optimise employment for job seekers.
Provide support to clients, maximising workplace integration and job stability Inspire and coach job seekers to reach their employment goals!
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Be committed to our value and helping others succeed.
Selection criteria includes: Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, and experience and/or ability in recruitment, job matching and placement, preferably within the disability sector.
'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment!
Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.
Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve.
Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local community.
A valid C class driving license.
Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
