The successful applicant will be responsible for networking and working collaboratively with various agencies and organisations to identify, develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives that address the myriad of issues impacting young people within our municipality.About youYou will be a self-motivated professional, who shows initiative, can problem solve and has good time management skills.Minimum Requirements:You must have previous experience in a similar position.It is desirable that you have tertiary qualifications in the field of Social Science or Youth Services.You will have well-developed communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.You have a proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.You will have experience in coordinating and facilitating programs and projects.This role will require intrastate travel in a Council provided vehicle.Applicants must hold a current Tasmanian Drivers Licence.You will be required to hold a Tasmanian Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance.You will also be required to provide a current National Police Check showing no serious offences.This role will require intrastate travel in a Council provided vehicle.
