For your application to be considered, you must have: Previous experience in a similar position.Tertiary qualifications in the field of Social Science or Youth Services (desirable).Well-developed communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.Experience in coordinating and facilitating programs and projects.This role will require intrastate travel in a Council provided vehicle. Applicants must hold a current Tasmanian Drivers Licence.

Terms and conditions of employment, including salary, will be negotiated with the successful applicant and in accordance with the Northern Midlands Council Enterprise Agreement.
