We are looking for Ability to commit to a part time roster with a minimum 50-60 hours a fortnight depending on your preference and you must be able to complete one sleepover shift a week. Additional shifts available for those interested.Ability to work shifts in Caloundra, Glasshouse Mountains or Tewantin regions.Compassionate support workers, experienced in working with young people who have experienced complex behaviours of clients who have experienced trauma and/or disabilities (highly desirable)Experience in working with clients who are non-verbal and have a mental illness or psychosocial disability (highly desirable)A background in Youth Justice, coaching or mentoring (highly desirable)Previous disability support and PEG feeding experience (highly desirable)Minimum P2 driver's licence with no restrictions and own vehicle.Unrestricted work rights within Australia.Hold or are eligible to obtain an LCS check, blue card and yellow card.Resilient, caring and passionate about providing quality care.Committed to ongoing training and continuous development with a desire to thrive!Hold, or be willing to enrol in an industry-standard course and work towards achieving a minimum Cert IV formal qualification.Computer-literate and excellent communication skills.Why you'll love working for us Work with real purpose, passion, and impact.Health and wellbeing benefits—discounts on gym, meal delivery services and more!Genuine career opportunity with training specifically designed to support you in your role—learn valuable and transferrable skills!Possibility to transfer to permanent part-time work.
