We're looking for a Business Development Director to join our Worley Consulting team in Australia.

As a Business Development Director , you will be responsible for active collaboration with Operations, Sector Sales Leads, and Inside Sales to position and differentiate the company and secure profitable and sustainable work.
The BD Director will be accountable for delivering new award sales plans, including overall accountability for closing the deal for identified strategic opportunities.
What you'll do
The role responsibilities include:
Driving client development strategies with global cross-functional teams, focusing on the ANZ region.
Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with clients at executive levels, including C-Suite.
Cultivating assigned customer relationships through account strategies and customer contacts.
Developing new clients in the Consulting sector and assuming primary responsibility for Key Client relationships.
Leading development of win plans and facilitating call planning.
Working closely with Operations, Outside, and Inside Sales Manager to drive proposals.
Leveraging Customer Success Platform (CSP) to manage accounts and opportunities.
Collaborating with commercial and legal departments for pricing and contractual strategy development.
Delivering individual and team sales financial goals/budgets and targets.
What you'll have
Significant experience in senior business development roles within technical services to the mining, power, and infrastructure sectors.
A thorough understanding of the Australian natural resources industry, specifically within the engineering, procurement, and construction markets.
The ability to develop strong partnerships with operational teams across the Worley Consulting and Worley leadership in the ANZ Region.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Collaborative nature with perseverance and empathy.
