As Workshop Technician, you will: Ensure that the necessary materials, equipment, parts, procedures, and qualifications are available to perform the job according to the WOP and the BH EHS standing requirements. Commission, run, maintain, and repair Baker Hughes equipment. Ensure that the workshop technicians, test equipment, and the 3rd party personnel are qualified for the job they do. Ensure that the workshop procedures cover the actual work, and that they are followed. Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems at all times. Ensure that the workshop equipment and facilities are suitable and in operational condition. Ensure that WOP is followed, filled in with necessary information, contain correct documentation, and are signed and completed. Ensure the use of materials and support substances according to specific requirements. Fuel your passion: To be successful in this role you will have minimum 3 years of relevant workshop experience within Oil & Gas Industry, the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, good mechanical skills, the ability to multitask with technical equipment, show good problem-solving skills, perform basic mathematical calculations, have good mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills, work well with internal and external customers, and have experience and knowledge within the subsea segment such as trees, chokes, IWOCS, controls system is preferred.
