As the Workshop Service Advisor, you will effectively work as part of the team to enhance the efficient and satisfactory experience for all internal stakeholders, as well as effectively organise maintenance and repair schedules for all plant, fleet and equipment assets.
Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week). Remuneration package of $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11.5%). Access to Council's Flexible Working Arrangements. This position will be responsible for: Provide a communications interface between the Division and customers including stakeholder liaison. Provide quality customer service and effective administrative support for the functional areas of the Division. Workshop Facility Report, Work orders and data management e.g.
Council fleet management system. Assist Senior Technicians with assessments to identify and diagnose faults and/or issues with council plant, fleet, and equipment assets. Coordinate and schedule plant, fleet and equipment maintenance and repair services within workshop and internal stakeholders. Order parts identified for relevant tasks relating to workshop servicing and maintenance. Monitor and track part stock levels utilising council inventory management system. Coordinate records management for the workshop and fleet sections. As the successful applicant, you will have: Business administration qualifications and/or demonstrated industry experience relevant to the role; Class C Driver's Licence; and Administrative and customer service experience.
