The successful candidate must be available to work during the holiday season (Christmas/New Year), with public holidays off.
**Key Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipping
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining an organized workspace
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team to meet company goals
