Hoad Fabrics is a leading Wholesaler of furnishing fabrics and readymade window furnishings distributing to the Australian and New Zealand markets including a Major Retailer (with 170 stores) located in Huntingwood, Western Sydney.
We are looking for an individual to join our office in a role which covers both Accounts & Customer Service.
This role will be a full-time permanent position which will provide variation and challenges. The role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities which includes but is not limited to:
Answering incoming Phones - both sales and accounts enquiries.Ensure customer issues and enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.Accurately processing Customer sales orders.Assisting with day-to-day accounting responsibilities such as Credit card processing and entering of daily incoming receiptsFollowing up outstanding debtors – electronically and via telephone.Maintaining accurate CRM system.General administration tasks as required, such as filing.Data entry.Ad hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate will be someone who is:
Knowledgeable and experienced in both Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.Self-motivated and goal driven requiring minimal supervision.Highly organised with time management and administration skills.Comfortable working within a close team environment – this position is within a small team who work very closely together to achieve positive outcomes.Able to manage queries in an efficient and timely manner.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Outlook. Training will be provided as required internally.
This role is permanent full-time; Monday to Friday in our office located in Huntingwood. This is not a work from home role.
