Leading and managing a team of people to achieve service & equipment quality targetsMaintaining Flexihire hire fleet equipment and service vehicles in accordance with company policy and proceduresProviding support to breakdowns and scheduled maintenance as requiredOperational effectiveness and planning of the workshop to maximise available fleet ready for our customers Contributing to the overall performance of the branch as a member of the Flexihire teamSupport and delivery of business strategiesWorking collaboratively with the Branch Manager and support functions to deliver set targetsDevelop the skills and capability of branch workshop teamEnsure all practices are safe and in line with our procedures To Succeed you will need:Knowledge of a wide range of equipmentFamiliarity with large workshop operations and managing peopleProven mechanical troubleshooting acumenFitter or Mechanical trade backgroundFamiliarity with working in a face paced environment Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Workshop Manager?
