In addition, you will hold the following skills and experience: Previous practice management experience in the health care industryLeadership, planning and change management skillsProblem-solve in a constructive, cooperative and motivating mannerAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesDemonstrate ability to complete reporting requirements in a timely and accurate mannerProven ability to maintain the strictest confidentialityStrong understanding of medical terminology and Medicare & private health funds billing.Experience managing a psychiatrist practicePrevious experience with Patient Management Systems (Meditech, Blue Chip, Medical Director, Medical Objects etc.)Training / qualifications in office administration appropriate for a Senior Administration management position.Your Responsibilities The Consulting Suites Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, development and success of our Ramsay Clinic New Farm Consulting Suites. This will include, but is not limited to:
Managing the efficient and effective operation of our comprehensive customer focused administration service. Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone callEnsuring patient appointments, medical records, and accounts are processed accurately and efficiently.Supervising the management of all incoming referrals as per required timeframesEnd of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts managementOther general administrative functions as requiredRemuneration: A base salary plus super will be provided based on skills and experience.
