You'll be an enthusiastic and motivated leader who is also a hands-on team player, managing a crew of tradespeople and apprentices. Working closely with the Director, your daily responsibilities will include:
Lead & Mentor: Motivate and manage your team, driving a culture prioritising quality and productivity. Plan & Coordinate: Oversee and schedule workshop jobs to meet current and future demands. Safety: Ensure all safety measures are followed and lead pre-start safety talks. Quoting: Assist in quoting jobs for machine rebuilds, maintenance and repairs. Quality Control: Oversee work completion, ensuring high-quality standards and deadlines are met.
