Our fleet of vehicles is any car enthusiast's dream job with a vast range ready for your passion, experience, and organisational skills.
You will be facilitating all administrative tasks in relation to our fleet.
About the role In this role you will complete all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of our fleet, in a timely and efficient manner.
This role will directly report to the Workshop Manager.
What you'll do Processing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems Liaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage Raise, maintain and receipt Purchase Orders Ordering parts where applicable Liaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance when necessary.
