About The CompanyA privately owned building company operating in the residential construction sector, predominately in South East Queensland and Northern NSW.About The RoleA Senior Contractor Administrator role for a privately owned building company that specialise in large residential projects. The role will have you located on site in East Brisbane before moving to a new $70 million project in Albion commencing in Circa Q1 of 2025.Key Responsibilities For The RoleDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for projects, including agreements with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.Ensuring that contracts accurately reflect project scope, timelines, deliverables, and financial terms.Monitoring contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Tendering, preparing/monitoring letting schedules, monitoring drawing packages, preparing and reviewing scopes.Assessing payment schedules.Checking over monthly invoice reports.Ensuring EOT's and Variations are submitted in a timely manner.Ensuring the management of document control procedures in accordance with project procedures.Organising subcontract trade tender review meetings.Skills & ExperienceExperienced Contract Administrator with Multi-residential high rises including basements.Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.Able to train and mentor junior staff.Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and industry standards.Construction White Card.Ability to work both independently and in a team.Experience with Procore and Hammertech is beneficial but not necessary.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and identify areas for improvement.CultureSupportive team of professionals.BenefitsSalary on offer of $160k - $180k Plus Super.To apply online, please click on the apply button.Alternatively, for a confidential discussion, please contact Alicia McGregor at Frontline Construction on 0406 199 062 or via ******.
