Precision Auto Service, Airlie Beach is looking for an experienced customer service representative to take care of our clients on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to make decisions, as well as the ability to work as part of a team to achieve leading customer service ratings. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring we are delivering an exceptional high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and prompt resolution for all repairs and maintenance, with a professional personality.
Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person or by phone to determine the customer's needs and vehicle dataDocument customer needs accurately via repair orders and define the scope and type of work requiredPresent service offers to customers and offer additional services, benefits and/or parts at every opportunityBook appointments according to customer needs and workshop utilisation capacityLiaise with service technicians & follow up on customer vehicles during the course of the repairQuote, clarify method of payment and communicate to our customers any additional repairs where requiredPrepare and invoice customer jobs in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficientlyEnsure high-level customer satisfaction and build strong relationshipsPrepare daily repair ordersMove vehicles on-site to dedicated parking areasAd hoc duties as instructed by managementSkills & Experience Year 12 or equivalentTrade qualification or demonstrated industry experience highly regardedSound administrative & clerical skills and organisational skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to work autonomously and as a teamWork is paradise in an excellent work environment Mon - Fri only (No weekend work)Develop your skills and expertise - on the jobUp-skilling opportunities always availableSecure employment with above award pay rates#J-18808-Ljbffr
