Due to continual growth, an amazing opportunity is available for a switched-on individual to work closely with the supervisors, clients and residents with the support of a strong management team based in our East Keilor office with flexible hours.
What you will be responsible for: Reporting to the Contract Manager you will assist in the scheduling of plumbing, CCTV and other maintenance worksLiaising and coordinating works with clients and residentsProviding clients with job updates in a timely manner keeping to a strict 2hr KPIUsing AroFlo software for scheduling and job managementMaintaining & responding to client emails in a timely mannerBooking in jobs with residentsTaking phone enquiriesKey contact for VIP clientsGenerating reportsInvoicing Other administrative tasksSkills: Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressureExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong PC skills in Word; Excel, Outlook and moreExperience with AroFlo job management software is regarded however full training will be providedExcellent problem solver with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBe able to work in a fast-paced environment Professional phone manner to both customers and clients*** Trade scheduling or local government works background would be highly regarded *** Personal Attributes: Positive can-do attitudePunctual and reliableGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to gain the confidence of clients, suppliers, and the teamDesire to work in a fast-paced family operated business which focuses on delivering outstanding customer serviceAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a successful teamBe able to enjoy some good team banter and be available for team outings (partners included)Please note - only successful applicants will be contacted
