Project Delivery Coordinator

Our client is a prominent, commercial architectural louvre and air management solutions manufacturer and installer experiencing sustained growth.
An opportunity has opened-up for the incumbent to establish or grow their career in project management; specifically controlling and coordinating all aspects of contracts.
This varied, fast-paced role will impact on the overall performance of the architectural panels project delivery team.
Location: SE suburbs.
The effective and timely management and delivery of projects involves undertaking site measurements & inspections on commercial construction sites, placement & tracking of orders with inhouse & 3rd party manufacturers, coordinating on-time deliveries of materials, managing site conditions e.g.
access requirements, safety plans, inductions; as well as managing & guiding the subcontractor installation team, project monitoring and submission of progress claims.
Your hands-on, organised and resourceful approach will enable you to effectively manage multiple clients and projects.
You will possess an emerging track-record in the construction or manufacturing sector; either presently in project management or keen to transfer from any one of contracts admin, drafting, estimating, structural engineering, construction/plumbing/sheet metal trades, production or on-site installation.
Experience involving louvre, window, HVAC, cladding or façade products would be an advantage.
A related qualification with Microsoft Excel and Project proficiency (advanced) are expected.
