The OpportunityDCE has an opportunity in our Richmond office for a Project Manager with approximately 5+ years demonstrable experience in Land Development & Infrastructure.
The successful applicant will enjoy managing a diverse portfolio of work including industrial/commercial developments, master planned residential communities and major sporting field/racetrack redevelopment.
You will be responsible for coordinating each stage of the project, including but not limited to:
Management of Client PCG meetingsActive participation in design coordination meetingsProviding and communicating with all relevant stakeholders to meet client deliverablesYou will be preparing and analysing tenders, reports, contracts, development of cost estimates and site feasibility reports.
Additionally, you will:
Determine briefs for subconsultants, tender, engagement and liaisonComplete in a timely manner monthly reporting, budgets and invoicingIf this opportunity is a perfect fit for you then please do not hesitate to submit your application.
