NSW Government AgencyBurwood Location6 Month Contract$313.20 + Super per dayPrimary Purpose of the RoleThe role supports a high standard in the delivery of workplace services including (but not limited to): cleaning, Concierge, lockers, parking, mail distribution, event management, access control and visitor management. The role is required to resolve day-to-day and longer-term issues, and work to continually improve the workplace experience.
Key AccountabilitiesBuild strong delivery relationships with outsourced service providers, integrating their staff into the Asset and Workplace Services team in order to support a high quality and consistent state-wide delivery of workplace services including, but not limited to: Cleaning, Concierge, Locker/Storage solutions, Parking management, Mail distribution, Event management, Sundry distribution, Shuttle services, access control, visitor management, across nominated Department office and operations properties.Support the completion of scheduled and minor ad-hoc building maintenance and repair works including handyman works, Furniture, Fixture & Equipment requests, and any associated warranty issues. Provide invoice management support as required.Conduct regular site inspections which includes the management of hazards, risks, HSSEQ audits and ensuring service level agreements are met, which includes travel to Sydney Metropolitan and Regional and Outer Metropolitan sites.Manage day-to-day requests from Customers/Stakeholders, liaise with outsource providers and the business to find fast and effective solutions, quality checking outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and value for money delivery.Understand and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transactional processes. Perform all tasks in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines within the agreed timeframes.Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and provide commentary or recommendations for action as appropriate to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery.Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.Key Knowledge & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in customer service delivery across a large and diverse property portfolio.Demonstratable experience in proactive service delivery, customer/stakeholder problem resolution, contracted services account reconciliation, contract variation transactions, application of operating procedures, coordinating minor building works, preparing service-related reports.Demonstrated data analytical skills and capacity to present information and data logically and coherently.Demonstrated experience in delivering Workplace Services across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.How To ApplyClick APPLY or contact Consultant Gemma Dodrill on ****** for a confidential discussion.
