What this opportunity involves: Are you passionate about creating an efficient and seamless workplace experience? We are seeking a dynamic individual to be our Workplace Services Coordinator - Mail & Logistics. You will be part of the wider Workplace team in driving and shaping the future of workplace services. You will also be involved in office and facility tours to showcase the available facilities and services. This role is office-based, required 5 days a week in a premium corporate office in the Sydney CBD. Snapshot of the role: Manage all aspects of mailroom operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.Handle international shipping and customs procedures.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.Assist in managing Workplace Services ticketing system and information channels (Slack, Google Sites, Quip).Conduct and coordinate office and facility tours, showcasing facilities and services.Compile information and facts about the office and building for tours. Requirements: 3+ years experience in corporate real estate, facility management, workplace services, or hospitality.Proven experience in mailroom management, shipping, and customs procedures.Sound IT proficiency, ideally in Google Suite, Slack, Quip, and service ticketing tools.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing deadlines.Knowledge of corporate culture building and employee engagement.Excellent presentation skills for conducting facility tours.
