Reporting to the Head of Workplace, you'll lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality service and fostering a culture of enablement and inclusion. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring a workplace experience that reflects NAB's commitment to customer centricity and service excellence.
What You'll Do: Oversee a diverse portfolio of workplace services, including:Executive and Board ServicesConcierge Services and front-of-house servicesEvents and Hospitality ManagementVisitor and Access ManagementOn-site Support ServicesCatering, Kitchen and Utility ServicesCarparking, End of Trip Facilities, and Mail ServicesCollaborate with building management and service providers to deliver best-in-class services aligned with NAB's goals for quality, speed, and customer centricity.Shape and execute workplace strategies that anticipate and exceed the needs of colleagues, driving improvements in service delivery and experience.Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, fostering alignment between workplace services and organisational priorities.Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Workplace Leads, Consultants, and Advisors to deliver seamless service.Identify opportunities to enhance workplace services, ensuring they evolve to reflect our ambitions, goals, and commitments.What You'll Bring: A passion for creating colleague and customer experiences.Leadership in corporate workplace, hospitality, property, or customer service environments.Strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.A proactive mindset, can-do attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional service delivery.A commitment to embedding our values in everything we do.We respectfully ask candidates to hold any questions for the phone interview, where we'll discuss the role in detail and answer any questions.
