About The Role:
Job Title: WHS Advisor
Location: Various Endeavour Foundation Sites
Reports to: Safety and Wellbeing Operational Lead
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Work Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the Workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team's strategic vision and the practical implementation of safety initiatives at our sites. You'll provide day-to-day support, guidance, and resources to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our people and the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and promote a proactive safety culture by providing timely advice and support to Site Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
Identify and report potential hazards, near misses, work-related incidents, and injuries.
Drive continuous improvement of safety standards across Endeavour Foundation sites.
Conduct on-site safety inspections and risk assessments, fostering a collaborative approach with site personnel.
Deliver engaging WHS training and toolbox talks to teams across various locations.
Assist in incident response and investigations, ensuring all corrective actions are completed.
Maintain WHS documentation and resources, ensuring everything is up to date and accessible.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or relevant discipline.
Experience in incident investigation and risk management, with tools such as Taproot/ICAM highly desirable.
Fire Safety Advisor qualifications are essential for Queensland-based roles.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation, both written and verbal.
Previous experience as a WHS Advisor or similar role is advantageous, but we're open to equivalent skills and experience.
A valid and current driver's licence is required, as this role will involve travel between sites.
