Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner
We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospitals in Brisbane and Northside.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the National Manager Director Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, your role will be responsible for providing advice, support, and coaching on all workplace health and safety-related matters. This role will be working at both the strategic level, contributing at a national, divisional, and local level, but also operationally in the implementation of health and safety initiatives with support from the team. This role will manage the workers' compensation function and support the safe and effective management of all work (and where required non-work) related injuries for employees and proactively contribute to the Hospital wellbeing program.

Things that work for us:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of contemporary workplace health and safety legislation and regulations
Meticulous worker's compensation claims management including the development of quality early intervention strategies
Proven ability to obtain sustainable post-injury employment outcomes
Experience negotiating and influencing cultural change
Ability to successfully build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
Proven ability to use interpersonal skills to influence others
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience delivering
