Workplace Health and Safety Business PartnerAbout the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospitals in Brisbane and Northside.
Reporting directly to the National Manager Director Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, your role will be responsible for providing advice, support and coaching on all workplace health and safety related matters. This role will be working at both the strategic level, contributing at a national, divisional and local level, but also operationally in the implementation of health and safety initiatives with support of the team. This role will manage the workers' compensation function and support the safe and effective management of all work (and where required non-work) related injuries for employees and proactively contribute to the Hospital wellbeing program.
