We have exciting opportunities for hospitality staff experienced in food and beverage or banquet roles to work at our banking client's head office in Melbourne CBD, as Workplace Banquet Hosts, assisting in the preparation of event and meeting spaces, including AV and furniture setup and pack-down and working with the commercial catering team to coordinate menu requests. Opportunities are available for both Full Time and Casual roles.
This challenging and exciting role will have you serve as the primary contact for client facing workspaces and internal events, and helping our clients achieve their purpose.
In addition, the role will be responsible for delivering the unexpected, making each encounter enjoyable, exciting and personal. The Position: Ensuring the preparation of event & meeting spaces, including AV and furniture setup and pack down to meet client's expectations.Ensure meeting rooms are reset and stocked and resolve any equipment issues promptly.Greeting guests, cleaning event and meeting spaces and clearing tables.Working closely with the commercial catering team to coordinator menu requests.Support the catering team in general operational tasks, as required.Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for guests using client facing workspaces and attending internal events, acting as the face of our clients brand.Proactive and predictive service delivery and excellenceMaintain the event and meeting spaces on assigned commercial site/floors as the corporate showcase to all visitorsJoin an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all employeesAt ISS we prioritise employee and workplace safety.
