What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long-standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees in a newly commissioned Sydney office!
Overview of the role: Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfindingConduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issuesRun daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain and restock common areas, including breakfast barsProvide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectationsSpend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walksRespond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-upsAssist with client events and manage conference room bookingsIdentify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operationsSound like you? This is what we're looking for: Diploma degree or above1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred)Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitalityStrong multitasking and prioritization abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability to new technologies and applicationsLocation: On-site – Sydney, NSW
