Calvary is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and make a real impact. As the Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead, your main stakeholders will be operations, finance and reporting, working in partnership to forecast workforce needs, analyse trends, oversee workforce governance, and provide actionable insights to optimise our workforce.

Reporting directly to the National Executive Advisor - Aged Care, this position is critical in aligning workforce planning with Calvary goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your main duties will include: Monitor staff allocation based on resident care needs, and proactively support the Home Managers and Roster Support Teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Develop and maintain capacity plans for operational teams, including FTE, productivity measures, and forecasted staffing changes. Auditing rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory and workforce models, funding and budgets. Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required, to gain required approvals and sign off. Provide advice and strategic insights to National Executive Advisor Aged Care for operational delivery. Develop knowledge material and provide training to required team members and stakeholders on processes and services developed. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrable data analysis, process mapping and insights generation skills, and the ability to communicate these effectively to business stakeholders. Extensive experience in workforce planning and applying workforce analytics methodologies to solve complex business challenges and drive operational improvements. High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong and credible internal and external relationships and ensure a customer focus at all times. Minimum of 8 years' experience in an analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs. Extremely resilient to operating in a matrix style organisation and comfortable with driving action through influencing senior leaders and other parts of the business. Desirable: Experience working in the Health Care industry. Well-developed knowledge and understanding of current issues and developments impacting on delivery of health services. Experience working in programs or projects that incorporate service design, policy change and technology implementation. Relevant tertiary qualifications (Management, Business, Health Management).
