National Relay ServiceThe Townsville Hospital and Health Service vision is world-class healthcare for northern Queensland.Our purpose is 'great care every day'.This position is also required to:Design, implement and evaluate THHS systems to enhance quality and safety of allied health practice, workforce capacity and productivity to improve patient access, outcomes and experiences and provide high value, efficient allied health services.Lead strategic workforce planning and facilitate contemporary workforce management across THHS aligned with relevant strategic and operational plan priorities.Provide authoritative and accurate advice to senior managers and leaders across the HHS regarding portfolios of the role.Role requirements:Appointment to this position requires proof of minimum tertiary degree qualification in an Allied Health Profession.
Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of clinical duties.Whilst not mandatory, relevant post graduate qualifications demonstrating leadership in your field will be well regarded.This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role:

Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.The ideal application will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:Brings behaviour to the workplace in alignment with the THHS values:

value up to $172,615 p.a.
comprising:Wage rate ranges between $5557.50 - $5798.90 p.f.
