About the role The Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating a safe, efficient and effective contingent workforce within our client's workplaces.
The Workforce Coordinator will ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service provision as well as ensuring compliance with Synergy Peoples' processes and policies.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include: Maintaining a positive relationship with key client stakeholders through proactive engagement and excellent service delivery Collaborate with the Operations Manager to leverage client relationship and identify revenue growth opportunities Lead by example to make our contingent workforce feel part of the Synergy People team Develop the contingent workforce to buy into our company culture by building trust through consistent and proactive two-way communication Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to actively manage the gap between resources required and availability Lead, coach and mentor health, safety, environment and quality metrics to improve culture and performance Ensure WHSE and Quality Incidents are reported and investigated Support the health, wellbeing and day to day needs of our contingent workforce Conduct WHS Site Inspections Conduct Tool Box Talks with our contingent workforce About you The successful candidate will have: A passion for helping people Ability to work collaboratively with a team Experience in managing teams or workforces Good time management skills to meet competing deadlines Experience in Microsoft Office Good communication and listening skills A valid drivers license Desirable but not essential: Background in Work Health and Safety Background in the Manufacturing and Warehousing or Construction Industries Location: South West Sydney, NSW If you believe this is the right opportunity for you, Apply now!
