About the RoleBased in our head office at Kirrawee, this is an opportunity to join a values-driven organisation and lead human resource business functions to achieve strategic outcomes. Through partnering with the Executive and Leadership team, you will advise leaders, influence key business outcomes, drive strong leadership capability and operationalise key people strategies.
Responsibilities Include:Lead the recruitment, human resource and compliance teams within People and Culture.Lead the human resource systems and processes to culturally embed best practice and efficiency.Partner, manage and advise leadership on industrial relations matters.Lead recruitment and selection processes.Provide advice to leaders on end to end employee lifecycle matters.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource strategies that align with the overall business strategy.Assist in managing change and growth.Partner with Executive and leaders across Sylvanvale to build organisational human resources capability.About YouYou have a strong passion for people, leadership and exceptional service delivery. To be Successful for the Role, You Will Need:Demonstrated experience in a similar role.Tertiary qualification in a related field.Strong understanding of industrial instruments and employment law.Strong understanding and experience leading effective recruitment and selection processes.Understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.Ability to work independently, organise competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Disability industry experience is desirable.Successful applicants will require a current Australian driver's licence and full Australian work rights. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, Working with Children Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
