You step into a new client meeting—it's a large school system grappling with a shrinking workforce. Teachers are leaving faster than they can be replaced, and leaders are desperate for answers. You don't just offer a quick fix. Instead, you take a deep dive into their organisational structure, using data from our platform to reveal hidden trends. Together, you'll redesign their approach, building a strategy that doesn't just address today's problems, but ensures long-term sustainability for their workforce.
With every project, you'll encounter different challenges—workforce supply issues, organisational redesigns, or even full cultural transformations. What You'll Do: Solve complex workforce challenges: Lead strategic HR advisory projects that will reimagine how schools attract, retain, and develop their staff. You'll be the trusted expert guiding leaders through workforce supply, organisational change, well-being, resilience and culture-building initiatives.Create bespoke solutions: Every school system is unique. You'll work closely with each client to develop custom, evidence-informed strategies based on their specific needs and challenges, supported by our SaaS platform's data insights.Build lasting relationships: Consultancy isn't just about projects—it's about partnerships. You'll cultivate long-term relationships with school systems, becoming their go-to advisor as they navigate the complexities of today's education landscape.Elevate your career: In this role, you'll regularly work with C-suite and executive leadership teams from large educational institutions.
