Join our EHS & Rail Safety Division on a max 12-month contract based in Sydney, NSW. The Workers Compensation & Injury Management Lead is a subject expert and have solid experience in both workers compensation and injury management across manufacturing environments in heavy industries and other related businesses .
Key Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing, updating and approving WC & IM processes in interface with HR, Payroll and other related stakeholders. Responsible for reviewing current WC claims status and contribute to strategies for management to closure. Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Return to Work Coordinators, Industrial Relations Manager, Legal Department and Alstom's third-party Workers Compensation partners to support early intervention strategies and implement best injury management practices. Develop and implement the reporting dashboard and analytics as a baseline for process improvement. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Previous experience defining and supporting workers compensation, injury management, and return to work plans and strategies in manufacturing environments. Extensive knowledge of legislation and Insurance Management. Well established stakeholder management skills. Previous experience supporting Training deployment plans. Previous experience with Elumina system or equivalent.
