Title: Compensation and Benefits Lead About KBR Australia: In Australia, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) helps the Commonwealth safeguard our nation by supporting the Australian Defence industry in delivering project management, logistics, infrastructure, engineering, training, sustainment, and advisory services to protect our national security.
We also work with customers across the nation to deliver sustainable infrastructure projects that enhance the future for all Australians through innovative solutions in transport, water and environment, buildings, defence infrastructure, and program management and construction consultancy markets.
The opportunity: KBR Australia is seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Lead to serve as the point of contact for the People & Culture Team and Business Leadership on compensation, incentive schemes, and benefits programs across all KBR APAC business lines.
As the Compensation and Benefits Lead, you will manage market intelligence activities, including the submission of salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and analysing data to populate KBR Australia's job pricing database.
You will also design project-specific performance and retention incentive plans and support global initiatives including the Annual Salary Review and incentive nominations processes.
A key focus will be providing guidance on enhancing KBR Australia's compensation and benefits offerings while ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements.
This position is Full Time, based in either Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne.
In this position you will: Work with the global compensation team and the local People team to design compensation and benefits solutions for employees.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements as appropriate.Participate in various project work and testing, including global Workday maintenance.Provide input into bids and proposals, specifically to respond to requests for internal and external compensation and benefits data.Communicate with employees and management through updates of people policies and maintenance of internal P&C website and other internal communications channels.
As the ideal candidate, you will bring: Prior experience in a specialised compensation and benefits role.Prior experience with salary surveys and benchmarking.Strong data analysis skills.Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, HR or similar (desirable).Knowledge of Workday (compensation) (desirable).
