MMB's Workers Compensation Consultants are the experts at bringing holistic solutions to risk management and claims for some of Australia's largest national clients.
Responsibilities: Building trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholdersProvide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstaclesImprove clients' performance with risk mitigation methodsWorking in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with othersGenerate new and expanded business opportunitiesLead the national Client Service team Day-to-day this might include: Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projectsProject managing client deliverablesBringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums and policiesRecommend suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums and policy structuresBeing a mentor in business development and colleague development Diverse work to keep it interesting: All your skills and expertise are valued and used to solve problems for clientsContribute to internal processes and proceduresSupport project teamsDebtor management and reportingDirect or perform research for business development opportunitiesIdentify and participate in cross-selling opportunitiesSeek opportunities for self developmentThrough being part of Marsh McLennan we bring the best of global practice in people risk management to the Australian market - through you!
