About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a criminal prosecution lawyer to join NHVR's QLD Prosecutions unit.In this busy and varied role, you will manage, prepare and conduct complex prosecutions on behalf of the NHVR.Reporting to the Senior Prosecutor, the position will cover the northern region within QLD. You will attend regional courts on a regular basis with occasional overnight stays. This experience will include all facets of trial preparations, working with court procedures, summary procedures and relevant legislation.Crucial to your success is the ability to undertake extensive and complex case management and thrive with the challenge of working to deadlines.
