Key Responsibilities: You will apply your contracting knowledge, relationship and negotiation skills and business acumen to execute Boeing Defence Australia contracts. You will also provide advice to a multi-disciplined team on the efficient and effective delivery of contracting activities throughout the Boeing Defence Australia business. Responsibilities include: Ensuring that contractual requirements are negotiated, executed and delivered within the policies, procedures and requirements of the company;Providing subject matter expertise in, and support to customer negotiations;Providing guidance and advice to Boeing stakeholders to ensure that contractual and legal requirements are adequately understood and communicated;Providing general technical oversight to maximise opportunities and minimise contractual/business risks;Contribute to the development of strategies and solutions to deliver upon complex contractual opportunities and issues; andActing as the primary interface between Boeing and external customers for all contractual matters Experience/Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in leading complex contracting activities;Understanding of general contracting principles and the application of relevant techniques;Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction;Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and negotiate at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers;Previous demonstrated experience with Australian Standard Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) suit of templates is highly desirable;Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements; andTertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Law, Accounting or Business Management).
